Created in 1961 by Josep Mercader. Known for its cuisine and located 1 km from the centre of Figueres. Open all year round. The founder of the restaurant, Josep Mercader, is an emblematic figure in Catalan gastronomy, who forged a fertile legacy in his time and left behind a school truly worth following. What is now called the product line is still being produced, offering diverse applications and products of meats and seafood from the Empordà region.
